Dan Moore has over 21 years’ experience across Australia and the UK, having overseen large-scale residential, commercial, and institutional projects, including more than 11,000 dwellings. At GEON, he leads integrated operations with a focus on operational excellence, financial performance, and long-term growth.

Rob Smith, Senior Portfolio Manager, brings extensive expertise in portfolio oversight, financial modelling, and risk management. Rob is dedicated to delivering performance and stability across assets, with a strong focus on creating long-term value for clients.

Justine Kirkman, Property Manager, has more than 7 years’ experience in commercial property management. Known for her practical approach and attention to detail, Justine ensures the day-to-day operations of GEON’s assets run seamlessly, while building strong tenant and client relationships.
