GEON has secured management of its first interstate asset following the acquisition of 41 Miller Street, Epping in Victoria.

Located within Melbourne’s rapidly evolving Epping Activity Centre, the substantial industrial asset represents an important step for the business as GEON expands into the Victorian market.

The 2.8-hectare landholding includes a diverse tenancy profile and benefits from strong connectivity to Melbourne’s key transport, logistics and retail infrastructure, positioning the asset within one of Victoria’s most active industrial and mixed-use growth corridors.

GEON CEO Dan Moore said the appointment reflected the continued growth of the business and its expanding capabilities across management and leasing.
